Guarantee & Returns
Returns are on a case by case basis due to our products being handmade
to order. We will not accept returned items or issue store credit for
any product due to dislike of chosen fragrance or product. Products that
are damaged or defected due to Kandle Indulgence Co. or shipping carrier
will only be considered for return. We will ship a new product of the
same fragrance at no additional cost. Shipping fees are not refundable.
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Returns are processed for at the merchandise total. Shipping fees are
contracted through outside carriers and are non-refundable. Returns must
be sent, in their original, unused condition by insured mail to our
facility within 7 business days of receipt date. You must receive a
Return Authorization Number prior to returning damaged or defected
product.

Currently, we ship via FedEx, UPS and USPS. We will work hard in
shipping your products through the most economical and efficient
carrier. We charge exact shipping received from carrier.
